Aqua Glacier warrants this Water Purifier to be free from any defects in material, operation, and workmanship for the specific warranty period which is limited to fifteen (15) months from the date of purchase or twelve (12) months from the date of installation whichever is earlier

The warranty shall be limited only to defects in the product which occur under the conditions of normal operation of the product and its proper and prescribed and does not cover BRITA Water Purifier which has been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs. The right to replace or repair the defective part rests with Aqua Glacier.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) system uses a multi-stage filtration process to remove different types of contaminants from water. The water purification system uses a thin membrane to remove salt, chemicals and impurities from water to make it safe for consumption. The contaminated water passes through this thin membrane (a polymer film) with very small-sized pores. The membrane weeds out minerals and micro-organisms present in water. An outlet pipe flushes out the impurities. However, to ensure that you get clean and safe drinking water, you need to properly maintain the water purifier. Without proper maintenance and care, the water purifier will not function properly and you may end up drinking contaminated water.

It is therefore important that your water purifier is maintained regularly to ensure peak working condition. Having said that one of the most important aspects that help define an annual maintenance contract is the price and what services are covered under the service agreement. We suggest that you give us a call a month before your warranty period expires. Our expert service personnel will visit your premises for a thorough inspection of your water purifier and recommend the appropriate AMC. This service is absolutely free.

Are there any territorial restrictions for the AMC.
Currently this service is restricted to Chennai but we will be expanding territorial coverage to cover the entire state of Tamil Nadu

What is the validity of the AMC.
An AMC is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the maintenance contract.

How many visits am I entitled to
Our service personnel will make 4 visits in a year - once every quarter Will faulty parts be replaced - are these covered under the AMC That will depend on the AMC.
